report to ISP involved.
Domains listed in the URI Block Lists (URIBL) or (SURBL) are not accepted.
A redirect found to be used in any of the following will be disabled:
Sites listed with Spamhaus, Spamcop, or with other phish/malware tracing methods.
Instant Message Spam.
Unsolicited Commercial Email.
Comment spam on blogs, social networks, etc.
Redirects to URL shortening services.
Links to any illegal content such as "counterfeit pages," or "phishing pages."
Links to viruses, adware, spyware, or other malicious code.
